SP7 offers off-season team trainings to St. Paul City Schools. Our Off-Season Team Trainings are an essential part of our mission to "Raise The Level" of St. Paul Girl's and Women's soccer. We utalize assigned off-season coaches to deliver training to an entire school program, giving players an opportunity to continue to develop together during their off-season. To sign up for this program, please contact us directly: rebecca@stpaul7alliance.com.
Our Active Injury Program is designed to help provide injured players with a sense of purpose and help mitigate the mental challenges of being sidelined. We do so by providing various outlets for injured players to stay connected to the game through Coaching Programs, Performance Analysis, and Cognitive Training. Through our Active Injury Program, players are able to feel like they are continuing to grow and remain part of a team during their recovery processÂ
